Grandmaster Williams has 47 years of experience in the Martial Arts and holds a Ph.D. in Martial Arts Science. He owns and operates the Fire Dragon Martial Arts Institute in Austin, Texas, established in 1994. He specializes in youth development, discipline and educational programs. He has established good relationships with the Austin Police Department and the Travis County Sheriff’s Department. He has trained law enforcement and judges as well as the children of the community. He has earned two world titles, one in Black Belt Soft Division Kung-Fu and the other in Continuous Fighting. He has been ranked 3rd in the world by the National Black Belt League (NBL) – Super Heavyweight Division, 35 years or older. He has been appointed to the position of Regional Director for the state of Texas by Professor Silverio Guerra and the Board of Directors of the Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame. In 2003 he competed in the Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame event and won the Traditional Chinese Kung Fu World Forms title. Grandmaster Williams is the producer of the Amateur Organization of Karate (AOK) Fire Dragon Championships held in Austin, Texas. This is one of the largest annual AOK tournaments based in Texas. Grandmaster Williams has produced three educational videos.
